AI agent in your Telegram group
An AI agent that works inside a Telegram group. Here is a real setup, built for a professional fisherman.
How it is organised
Kaizen Vision Lab set up a Telegram group that brings together three participants: the client, Kaizen Vision Lab and the client’s AI agent. The group uses Telegram’s topics: each topic has its own thread and its own job.
- Site vitrine (Website): Moderate and update his website. He can follow the work in progress.
- Général (General): General questions to the agent.
- Post (Posts): A conversation with the agent: it proposes one or more posts on request. When told to post, it publishes automatically.
- Vidéo montage (Video editing): Video edits made directly from the topic.
- Banque média (Media bank): The fisherman sends his photos and videos; they are sorted to feed Post and Vidéo montage.
- Journal de bord (Logbook): A logbook of his trips: when he goes to sea, when he comes back, and what he does.
Why a Telegram group
Everything happens in Telegram, from the phone. Each topic keeps its own thread, so a website request, a post or a video never get mixed up.
One example among others
This setup is one example. Depending on each person’s needs, Kaizen Vision Lab sets up custom agents or recommends suitable existing agents, with a short training on how to use them.
Other simple automations
A few ideas of what an agent could also take care of. These are possibilities, to be adapted to each business, not results already delivered:
- Appointment or quote requests: a first reply straight away, and the request passed on to you.
- Review reminders: a polite message after a service to ask for a review.
- Weekly summaries: a short recap of the week’s messages and requests.
- Stock or order notes: quick notes turned into a tidy list.
